"I ordered a three book set"
I ordered a three book set, and it arrived in a timely manner. It was $28.99 and nothing more! I got a fraud alert on my phone that they were talking $97.00 out, but was declined it. After looking for my receipt, I saw not only did they give me my 3 book bundle, but a separate 3 book bundle and 14 day digital book. I never ordered the second half! I see this is a problem with this company. I like how you assume giving me a refund would be best but how the F can I do this when l didn’t buy them let alone even have them to send back? And you trick your customers into a subscription! I want my money back, you can’t do this to people, as if most of your customers are EDUCATORS do you think we make enough money to survive let alone make a big purchase through you? You take peoples money! I wanted to teach my children, and you take advantage of people! I want my money back! You literally just made my heart sad.

"Horrible company"
Horrible company . Ok so I made a order of one Oder of a 3 book bundle . They charged me for three sets of the order . So minutes after I canceled the order the entire order over 5 emails of this . So what did they do they took it upon themselves to send me the original order that I canceled many times . They said well you can just refuse to except the order I will not be in town and I’m not paying to ship their arrogant move of sending a order I canceled . So now I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and I will win I have every message to win it . This is a horrible company and clearly they need to read the Bible and not be writing about what they no nothing about ! 😡

I liked everything including handling a digital library cancellation request. What I didn't like was getting a free trial of the digital library that turned into a paid subscription. I just wanted three books but had to be hassled with a cancellation.

I purchased a 3 book set but then was billed for 3 more books I didn't purchase, They arrived and then I now am charged another $ 103.79 for nothing I am aware of unless it's a year subscription I don't need or want!
